Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Information:
- Locations: We ship within the continental United States. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot obtain a street address and use a PO Box, the telephone number of the recipient must be on the label.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Estimates: Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS Ground, with delivery typically taking 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, with delivery within 1-2 business days.
- After your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 45 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at dbi@unos.com. You'll receive a return authorization number and a return label will be generated through Shopify.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and will be issued to the original payment method. If the return is not eligible, you'll be notified via email.
